Consumers or their representatives has the right to register a complaint about any of the services received at any of Southside Community Services Board (SSCSB) locations or of any staff member providing services, regardless of title or position.
It is SSCSB’s policy to resolve complaints to the satisfaction and benefit of all concerned parties at the earliest convenience, both for the benefit of the individual and as an ongoing quality improvement methodology.
Complaints made, are kept strictly confidential and SSCSB does not tolerate retaliation for complaints filed in any form or fashion.
